We do not meat hunt in our area!
Hunting trophy whitetails in a big woods setting is not only relaxful but it is also the hardest
and most rewarding deer hunting anyone can do. It takes a disciplined hunter to sit on a
stand from dark to dark waiting for that trophy buck to appear. We have many years
experience in hunting big woods whitetails in Maine and New York and all of our
stands are placed in excellent buck travel areas. While you do not see many deer like in other
states, the deer you do see are big and majestic. They are true trophy bucks with body
weights to match their racks. Hamilton County has a long history of producing some of the
finest whitetail deer trophies in the state. Some of the bucks taken in our area have been 200
lbs live weight. Our whitetail deer and black bear population has been growing due to mild
winters and limited hunting pressure. Our area is located in still pristine wilderness. Sportsmen
have been hunting in our area for over 100 + years. Bucks are rutting by the first week of
Nov. and answer rattling antlers and grunt calls at that time. Snow is usually on the ground
by Thanksgiving week. Adirondack black bear populations have been climbing. Weights of
Adirondack black bears can reach Over 500 lbs live weight. Hiking to stands in the dark
requires a person to be in good shape for the hike up the mountain and thru the woods with
most of their warm cloths on their back along with their lunch and survival pack. Moose
rubs and droppings are around the area we hunt so please be sure of your target. We enjoy
our job and work hard for our sportsmen customers, guaranteeing that we'll do everything in
our power to give you a safe and successful guided hunting trip. Join us in the
remote Adirondack Mountains for our guided trophy wild whitetail deer hunting trips.
Hamilton County is known for producing some of New Yorks Biggest bucks every year.
