Cabin Ownership Slots Open for Sale
There are 2 Ownership Slots open for purchase in a cabin in the JRWF in the South Central Adirondacks. There is a one time buy in fee and yearly fees that the new owners must be able to pay. It would be great if 2 friends bought in at the same time. It is open from about the 3rd weekend in May until the end of deer season. Snowmobiles only after the snow falls and the gates are closed. Join before August for this upcoming deer/bear season. If you enjoy big game hunting, snowmobiling, mt. biking, hiking, fishing,peace and quiet,and just the atmosphere of camp life, this is the place. This is a wilderness camp in the Adirondack Park. 3 total buildings... door with windows is the outhouse, the door next to it is the storage area for the genorators and other equipment. The cabin in the center is 500 sq feet with 6 bunks. The building on the right behind the truck is the wood shed/storage building. Both out buildings are 199 sq ft each.
